CAMBRIDGE – Lu Ban Master Chef Workshop: Noodles, Dim Sum and Chinese Pastry
Come and experience a demonstration by China’s own Master Chefs from Tianjin and observe the key skills used to produce noodles, dim sum and Chinese pastry.
The session will include a demonstration of the preparation of noodles by Mr. Yakun Zhang, National Level Master Chef of Tianjin who matches the Guinness World Record of 13 folds in making hand-pulled noodles.
This Lu Ban workshop is aimed at professional Chefs who may wish to add different dishes and skills to their kitchen and menu.
